While Flash is well flashy, its pretty bad for SEO, search engines like Google and Yahoo are blind to Flash so while we do it and we do love how awesome it looks its not practical unless your already a well known company or don't care about marketing to search engines.

There is an alternative and while it may require a bit more effort you can achive the same "flashy" results and as a kicker it works MUCH better with search engines and backend management for easy to update content management systems.

On that note, there is almost nothing flash can do that our amazing javascript programmers can handle.

Also theres an added advantage for using javascript over flash and that's the mobile phone, people are using there phones more often and Java is the basic platform most phones use in there mobile browsers.
